12/31/2023 0 Comments Tree of savior mage tower 2f![]() ![]() As It was very very difficult, and I really worked my black bear butt off for it, especially since I had NEVER been a bear up until that point, and, with a lot of encouragement from this community at that time, and my family, I completed it.īut what you are really asking, is, how many times did I hear the dialogue on the first of the 2 bosses? So, I got asked this question a lot more frequently when this Legion Mage Tower was current content. My attempt number was in combination with learning the specialization alongside the most cheeseball 80s music music you can imagine. In legion, when I got my bear skin, I had never tried to Be a bear before seeing the skin, as I had been moonkin up until seeing it. Make sure you're using Spell Reflect on Twisted Reflection instead of interrupting it.Įdit: Ended up re-clearing it today to record it, here's a video of my (not-so-clean) second clear of it where despite the mess-ups it shows how good Improved Heroic Throw, Execute talents, and Victory Rush are for the fight. On the fourth Annihilate you should have 4-5 orbs saved, and only use them at that point to interrupt Annihilate. Stay in battle stance until annihilate comes out, then switch to defensive stance.Īnnihilate 1: Shield Block + double IP shieldĪnnihilate 3: Shield Block + double IP + Shield Wall + Rallying Cry Take all the execute talents you can for p2, as well as Storm Bolt and Shockwave for extra interrupts on Drain Life from ranged. Stay in battle stance, use Spell Reflect when the nether horrors come out, and spam heroic throw on the boys when you're not melee. I used that strat to avoid taking orbs unless absolutely necessary. Improved Heroic Throw was my best friend for this fight, three of them kills an eye which lets you victory rush on an infernal to heal. Their guides were very helpful.īut if you just want the armor and you don't care about which one you're doing, maybe try Holy Paladin instead since it's easier and I'd say definitely the easiest of the healer challenges. The wowhead guide is a good place to start, obviously I don't play most of the specs, in some cases I literally built my keybinds on the spot outside the tower and played the spec 1st time - grinded out attempts until I got it done. The Seed Pod was really good for a lot of challenges, I know I used it as bear, it was incredibly cheesy for some like the BM Hunter one where it would kill all the eggs on its own every time they'd go up. I can't remember if I used the Seed Pod for that one. The wards are really underrated in most guides, they're often only mentioned as an afterthought but they can make a huge difference. Kruul will recast the Annihilate right away of course but then you can interrupt it again or maybe this time you're ready with defensives. P1 is pretty chill compared so being able to just chain pop a few wards in P2 can make a big difference. You can use them to cancel Annihilate casts if you're not ready for them, or if the adds are overwhelming you, or whatever. I will say as general advice for all tanks: Velen's Holy Wards are really strong and you really should try not to waste any during Phase 1, if you had to use one in P1 you probably made a mistake. ![]()
